Day 7

Trying to get myself motivated each day to go to the gym.  It's to easy to just say no because I'm tired or busy.  On the plus side, after I exercise I feel great.  I went to the gym last night and had a good workout with a more intense focus on my arms.  Tonight is going to be cardio with abs and leg training. 
Quick question for any who may read this:  Does it matter what time you eat dinner when your trying to lose weight?  I've heard a lot of different opinions and curious what others who maybe eating later (like I am) are finding out.  Thanks in advance for any feedback.

  1. Thanks for visiting me. Just remember this: Breakfast; eat like a king. Lunch; eat like a Prince. Supper; eat like a pauper. Your biggest meal should be eaten in plenty of time for you to "burn" it off. Try to have supper or dinner at least 5 hours before you go to sleep at night. Good luck to you. I once lost weight and brought my blood sugar down drastically by switching to diet Pepsi. However make sure it's Pepsi One as it's sweetened with Splenda; Aspartame is BAD for you.
